Sales Operations Specialist – Hotel Supply

About the role
The role is primarily focused on sales support and commercial administration, accounting for about 80% of the responsibilities. It is ideal for a detail‑oriented, organized professional who enjoys handling contracts, quotations, data and coordinating across functions. Experience in hospitality, hotel supply, FMCG, trading or distribution is required.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and support tender/bidding submissions
- Review contracts, pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements
- Process sales orders and coordinate with customer service teams
- Manage product samples and logistics coordination
- Maintain pricing and commercial data in ERP systems
- Prepare sales reports, pricing analysis, and margin tracking
- Support sales meetings, events, and daily administrative activities
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Support, Order Management, Customer Service, or Trade Operations
- Understanding of pricing, quotations, contracts, and order processing
- Fluent English communication skills
