Sales Representative – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

Etihad Airways is looking for a UAE National to join its commercial team in Dubai as a Sales Representative. You will be responsible for driving revenue through assigned accounts, monitoring market trends, and promoting Etihad’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Define, agree and execute sales plans to meet targets using data and insights from Sales Strategy and Planning.
• Analyse market potential, identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned and prospective accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Communicate new products, services and promotions to customers regularly.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Etihad’s CRM system.
• Complete all Etihad commercial training and act as a thought leader in your area.

Required profile

• UAE National, based in Dubai.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to analyse market and competitor information to shape sales approaches.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
