Sales Senior Specialist - Sales

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Senior Specialist to lead the Imaging Solutions business across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will drive sales growth, manage the full sales cycle and act as the trusted advisor for our customers in the non‑destructive testing (NDT) market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Imaging Solutions SBU sales strategy for the Middle East and Africa.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building long‑term relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address customer requirements and local conditions.
• Lead country‑ and region‑level sales activities, forecast demand and drive pipeline growth.
• Create account plans and go‑to‑market actions for AGFA films, Siefert Digital Imaging, and Titan/Eresco generators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Commercial and technical experience with imaging solutions, industrial radiography, CR/DR digital imaging, films, X‑ray generators or related NDT products.
• Proven track record in B2B sales within the Middle East and Africa region.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
