About the role
The Sales & Service Advisor (Outsource) will drive home‑finance acquisition targets in Dubai while delivering high‑quality customer service. You will guide customers through the entire onboarding journey, from application to disbursement, ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Source and facilitate home‑finance applications, managing the full customer onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and disbursement targets within approved guidelines.
- Identify business development opportunities to expand sales pipelines.
- Handle after‑sales queries until the construction funds are fully disbursed.
- Close customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation, KYC, and credit requirements in line with bank and central bank regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in home‑finance banking.
- Strong knowledge of the real‑estate market and regulated financial services.
- Arabic speaking ability.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
