Sales Surveyor - Logistics

About the role

The client is a Dubai‑based logistics and relocation company seeking a field‑based Sales Surveyor to generate and close household moving opportunities. You will visit clients at their homes, assess their relocation needs, prepare accurate quotes and drive the sales cycle from enquiry to booking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end household relocation sales cycle from initial enquiry to confirmed booking.
• Conduct on‑site surveys at clients’ residences to evaluate volume, goods and specific moving requirements.
• Prepare detailed, competitive estimates and quotations based on survey findings.
• Follow up consistently on quotations and enquiries to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective pipeline management and customer follow‑up.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed jobs and attend weekend client visits when required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑cycle sales experience, preferably in relocation or moving services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across Dubai for client visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently in an outdoor, field‑based environment and meet sales targets.
