Salesforce Administrator – Dubai

About the role

DX FutureTech is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its IT team in Dubai. The role focuses on administering and maintaining the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, configuring user access, creating custom workflows, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance, user management, profile configurations, and security access controls within Salesforce.
• Design and implement custom objects, fields, validation rules, flow automations, and reporting dashboards.
• Monitor system performance, conduct data maintenance checks, and guarantee platform data accuracy.
• Provide tier‑2 technical support, user training, and troubleshooting for ongoing CRM enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional business leads to translate operational requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic (mandatory).
• Currently residing in Dubai with an immediate or short notice period preferred.
• Diploma‑level education.
