Salesperson – Luxury Lighting & Interior Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and results‑oriented Salesperson to drive luxury lighting, furniture and interior product sales in the UAE. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding project requirements and delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Generate sales opportunities and negotiate deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Guide clients through the selection process and ensure a premium luxury buying experience.
• Understand project requirements and align lighting, furniture and interior solutions with aesthetic, functional and budget constraints.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in lighting, furniture or interior products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and a collaborative attitude.
