Secondary Market Real Estate Agent (Dubai)

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai sales team and seeks an experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agent. You will focus on Dubai residential resale properties, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture a pipeline of secondary market property sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and close transactions.
• Maintain and expand an existing client database or develop new business opportunities.
• Utilise company‑provided leads, marketing support, and CRM tools to manage prospects.
• Collaborate with the telesales and content teams to maximise outreach.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or property sales.
• Previous UAE/Dubai real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary/resale property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
