About the role
We are seeking multiple Security Awareness & Training Managers to lead cybersecurity awareness and training engagements for Dubai‑based entities. The role combines client management, product demonstrations, onboarding, and customer success in a hands‑on, client‑facing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop client portfolios across multiple Dubai entities.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness and training engagements, applying DESC ISR requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform capabilities.
- Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact, handling requests, concerns, and complaints.
Required profile
- Previous professional experience in Dubai/UAE with hands‑on familiarity with DESC ISR.
- Experience working with Dubai‑based government, enterprise, or regulated entities.
- Strong client‑facing and communication skills, able to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
