About the role

Cloudflare is seeking a senior Account Executive to join its Digital Natives team in Dubai, focusing on Turkey’s startup ecosystem. The role involves driving enterprise‑level sales cycles, acquiring new logos, and expanding existing accounts while acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi‑million‑dollar sales targets, emphasizing new business acquisition.
• Lead complex, multi‑engagement sales processes, aligning Cloudflare reference architectures with customer IT environments.
• Manage a virtual team of specialists—including product managers, deal desk, and legal—to close large‑scale platform deals.
• Articulate strategic value propositions that link Cloudflare services to customer business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience with a proven record of surpassing multi‑million‑dollar quotas.
• Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to understand complex IT architectures and guide customers through digital transformation initiatives.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing technologies.
• Advanced negotiation and contract‑closing skills for high‑value deals.
• Proficiency in mapping customer environments to Cloudflare reference architectures.
