Senior Account Manager – Digital Transformation & Experience Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and expand strategic client relationships across government, semi‑government and large enterprise organisations in the UAE. You will act as the primary interface, translating client needs into digital transformation solutions and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams and delivery sponsors.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities in digital transformation, customer experience, service design and custom platform projects.
• Lead the creation of proposals, presentations, commercial offers and statements of work.
• Translate client requirements into clear scopes, deliverables, timelines and commercial structures together with experience, design, technology and delivery teams.
• Coordinate between clients and internal delivery teams, monitoring progress, risks and milestones to keep projects on track.
• Support governance, status reporting and stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in account management, client management, business development or digital transformation delivery.
• Proven track record working with government or semi‑government clients in the UAE.
• Experience with large UAE brands, authorities, ministries, developers or financial institutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Confident client‑facing presence with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic and English communication.

What we offer

• 12‑month rolling contract with potential for extension.
• Monthly remuneration between 45,000 AED and 48,000 AED.
