Senior Analyst/Manager Market Supervision

About the role

Binance is seeking a Senior Analyst/Manager to lead its Market Supervision function in Abu Dhabi. The role provides operational coverage across market integrity monitoring, member admission due diligence, ongoing supervision, and regulatory engagement under the ADGM FSRA framework.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational interface with Market Surveillance, triage alerts, prepare escalation packs and maintain audit‑ready case files.
• Manage end‑to‑end admission due diligence for prospective members, assess documentation, perform risk scoring and draft assessment memoranda.
• Maintain the member register, execute periodic reviews, monitor financial resources and ensure compliance with admission conditions.
• Prepare draft responses to FSRA requests, assemble evidence packs and support regulatory submissions.
• Operate independently of commercial functions, uphold governance standards and ensure all work withstands audit scrutiny.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in market supervision, market surveillance, exchange or clearing‑house membership, or financial services regulation.
• Working knowledge of a market‑infrastructure regulatory framework and ability to interpret rulebooks.
• Demonstrated experience in institutional due diligence, KYC/KYB review and structured risk assessment.
• Strong drafting discipline for senior‑level or regulatory documents.
• Ability to work independently under commercial pressure with sound judgement.
