Senior Associate - Public Health

About the role

9E Global is seeking an experienced Senior Associate in Public Health to lead engineering design and project delivery across the UAE. The role combines technical leadership, client interaction, and business development to ensure high‑quality, sustainable building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead public health engineering design from concept through detailed design and construction.
• Manage a portfolio of projects as Project Manager, reporting to senior directors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project quality, profitability, cash flow and client satisfaction.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, fee negotiations and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with QA, HSE and local regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified graduate engineer in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering with at least 12 years of experience.
• Experience on Middle‑East projects is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build relationships with clients, architects and stakeholders.
• Proven capability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers and drive project performance.
