Senior Associate – Real Estate Strategy (UAE National)

About the role

PWC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate, Hospitality & Leisure team within the Deals practice. The role focuses on delivering strategic advisory services for mixed‑use development projects across the MENA region, supporting clients from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models for mixed‑use real‑estate developments across asset classes and financing structures.
• Conduct development appraisals and financial analysis to support client strategies.
• Design and implement corporate strategies, business plans, and investment roadmaps.
• Engage with external investors and perform market studies and area program assessments.
• Leverage data insights to formulate client solutions and recommendations.
• Support the preparation of written reports with analysis, findings and recommendations.
• Deliver complex projects while building trusted‑advisor capabilities.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, training and team development initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of relevant experience in real‑estate strategy, feasibility studies or financial modelling.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality outputs.
