Senior B2B Business Development Manager – Fashion

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior B2B Business Development Manager to drive growth for a fashion‑focused organisation in Dubai. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, managing the full sales cycle and building lasting client relationships across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across local and international markets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and cold outreach to negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales pipelines, prepare forecasts and work towards commercial targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service, client satisfaction and long‑term account retention.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management and operational discipline.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
