Senior Business Development Executive – MENA

About the role

Deriv is looking for a senior professional to lead partner acquisition and portfolio management across the MENA region. You will own high‑value relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, fintech partners and payment providers, driving revenue and growth for a fast‑moving trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and grow high‑value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners and strategic alliances in MENA, including hard‑to‑close accounts.
• Own the full lifecycle of a complex partner portfolio, from onboarding to performance monitoring.
• Detect under‑performing accounts early and develop remediation plans.
• Negotiate commission structures, volume targets and support agreements with autonomy.
• Work within AI‑enabled onboarding and lifecycle systems, flagging workflow gaps for product and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior Business Development Executives and assist with their onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner acquisition, recruitment and management within financial services or fintech.
• Strong track record of closing high‑value deals and structuring commercial agreements.
• Deep understanding of unit economics and ability to defend deal terms to senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills to spot performance trends and act proactively.
