About the role

Harvard Logistics is seeking a senior professional to lead the creation of new business verticals and drive sales growth across the region. You will shape strategy, manage a high‑performing team, and build lasting relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch new business verticals, exceeding revenue targets.
• Lead a team of 8‑10 business development executives, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Develop and implement the sales plan, monitor progress, and report results to senior leadership.
• Identify prospective partners, negotiate strategic alliances, and secure profitable contracts.
• Provide strategic advice on risk management, quality improvement, and resource allocation.
• Oversee overall business and operational management, including budgeting and financial sustainability.
• Mentor team members, support their learning and development, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in market research, analysis, and developing market strategies.
• Ability to manage complex projects, re‑engineer sales processes, and implement new policies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.
