Senior Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Senior Business Development Specialist will provide a strategic perspective by conducting business research and analysis to support Azadea Group’s expansion across its retail portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and establish contact with targeted companies to expand the brand portfolio with new lines of business.
• Coordinate with mall management to obtain approvals for new concepts.
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning.
• Supervise functional teams, plan and assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor results and quality, provide training and relay requests to senior management.
• Collaborate with the financial team on brand adoption, margin files and profit‑loss projections to decide on expansion or termination of partners.
• Prepare internal work programs to implement approved business strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in retail, fashion or a similar business development role.
• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
