Senior Consultant – Global Business Services Managed Services

About the role

KPMG UAE is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Advisory practice, focusing on Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services Advisory, Managed Services, Transformation and Outsourcing. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end solutions across finance, HR, IT, procurement and other SG&A functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver GBS and SSC advisory services, managed services, transformation and outsourcing solutions to clients.
• Support large‑scale transformation programmes, including strategy, design, setup, transition and benefits tracking.
• Evaluate client current state, define target operating models and conduct functional maturity assessments.
• Assist Directors and Partners in business development, proposal preparation and thought‑leadership activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or similar firm.
• Strong finance knowledge covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and journal entries.
• Proven project management skills with ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken); Arabic preferred.
