Senior Digital Trade Manager

About the role

The Senior Digital Trade Manager will own and scale the Womenswear category at Ounass, driving profit and loss performance while shaping the end‑to‑end e‑commerce strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, the role translates customer insights, market trends and performance data into commercial plans that deliver growth, profitability and an exceptional online experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full trading strategy for the Womenswear department, aligning commercial priorities with company objectives and customer needs.
• Take full accountability for category‑level P&L, including revenue, margin and investment efficiency.
• Act as the first line of commercial decision‑making, setting direction and priorities for the team.
• Convert customer insights, performance trends and market signals into actionable commercial plans.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM and Product teams to shape campaign strategy and drive traffic and conversion.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing trading team.
• Represent Trading in senior leadership forums and ensure strong cross‑functional alignment with Merchandising, Planning, Buying and Tech.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce category management with full P&L ownership.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market signals.
• Demonstrated leadership of trading teams and influence across senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
