Senior Enterprise Account Manager – ERP & SaaS

About the role

Infor is looking for a senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive adoption of its ERP and SaaS solutions across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on selling cloud‑based ERP, AI, RPA and analytics offerings to large family‑owned conglomerates and enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for ERP and SaaS solutions, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline using Salesforce and the MEDDPICC methodology.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets while forecasting accurately.
• Build executive‑level relationships in UAE and KSA, articulating business value and conducting solution workshops.
• Collaborate with solutions consulting, delivery, marketing and BDR teams to tailor demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Leverage channel partners to extend reach and ensure alignment with Infor’s go‑to‑market strategy.
• Stay current on cloud, SaaS and automation trends and incorporate them into customer conversations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS sales; exposure to ERP solutions is essential.
• Understanding of AI, robotic process automation, data analytics or process automation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with family‑owned conglomerates in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business benefits.
