Senior Finance Business Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Controller to act as a trusted finance partner for the Middle East Zone Director and commercial teams. You will provide deep financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decisions that drive profitable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and marketing leaders to influence pricing, promotions, portfolio, new product launches, trade terms and route‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts and monthly rolling forecasts (IBP, rolling forecast, monthly cycle).
• Monitor topline growth, profitability, margins and KPIs; prepare and present financial analyses to regional leadership.
• Oversee monthly, semi‑annual and annual closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely accruals.
• Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) investment, drive profitability improvement initiatives and support country growth plans.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Controllers in Dubai and Paris, championing finance transformation, automation and data visualization.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in business controlling, with a strong focus on topline controlling.
• Background in a multinational FMCG environment (food & beverage, premium brands preferred).
• Result‑oriented, pragmatic, fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organization, communication and influencing skills; comfortable in a multicultural setting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
