Senior Internal Auditor

noon is building a fast, scalable ecosystem of digital products and services across the Middle East. The company seeks a Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen its internal audit function, support risk management, and help achieve its mission of delivering to every door every day.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in developing and maintaining the annual risk assessment, audit plan, and updates to Senior Management and the Audit Committee.
• Execute the internal audit programme on schedule, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and lead audits independently, managing multiple projects, special investigations, and consultancy work as requested by Senior Management.
• Apply appropriate tools and techniques to improve audit efficiency.
• Conduct audit assignments in accordance with International Auditing Standards and the Professional Code of Ethics (Big 4 benchmark).
• Ensure audit findings are documented, communicated, and agreed upon with auditees, and that reports contain concise, practical recommendations.
• Manage time effectively to complete assignments within budgeted schedules while handling multiple jobs.
• Highlight potential risks, quantify value at risk or improvement potential where applicable.
• Communicate professionally with business unit management throughout the audit process, including entrance and exit conferences.
• Maintain effective relationships across the organization and keep working papers compliant with Internal Audit Standards.
• Monitor international developments and best practices in internal auditing and implement relevant improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of professional experience in auditing.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent (preferred).
• Arabic language proficiency (preferred).
