Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join Keetab in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing expert legal advice on corporate, commercial and international business matters, and supporting the company’s growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and deliver comprehensive advice on transactions and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management and business units to meet legal requirements.
• Support business units in communications with relevant authorities.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Monitor changes in the legal landscape and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external legal advisors and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international business law.
• Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
