Senior Manager – Investment, PLM & Document Intelligence Platforms

About the role

Masdar is seeking a Senior Manager to own the end‑to‑end digital thread that connects deal origination, investment planning, engineering design, and asset performance. The role will also lead the document‑intelligence layer that transforms contracts, engineering records, and due‑diligence files into structured, decision‑ready data.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full platform portfolio covering investment planning, engineering, permitting, tendering, project execution, and asset management.
• Manage enterprise document and contract‑lifecycle platforms (Legal/CLM, engineering document control, M&A due‑diligence).
• Define and maintain a unified product roadmap that treats the investment lifecycle and supporting documents as a single digital thread.
• Deploy AI‑driven document workflows for data ingestion, extraction, classification, summarisation, and reasoning, with Human‑in‑the‑Loop approvals.
• Integrate platforms with core ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS) and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Lead Agile delivery with system integrators and SaaS vendors, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
• Provide portfolio visibility, capital allocation insight, scenario modelling, and operational reporting via Power BI.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading digital platforms that span investment lifecycle and document management.
• Strong track record of delivering AI‑enabled document processing solutions.
• Experience working with finance, investment, and M&A teams to connect document evidence to capital decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple SaaS/ERP vendors and drive Agile delivery.
