Senior Manager / Manager, Institutional Sales

About the role

Crypto.com is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager or Manager to drive institutional and VIP sales across APAC and EMEA. You will act as the bridge between high‑net‑worth clients and the full suite of Crypto.com digital asset services, from exchange trading to tokenized real‑world assets.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects such as hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, retail/CFD brokers, and asset managers.
• Promote adoption of Crypto.com’s prediction market contracts and tokenized RWA offerings, educating clients on mechanics, use cases, and risk profiles.
• Position the complete Crypto.com ecosystem—including Exchange, OTC desk, Custody, CFD liquidity, prediction contracts, and RWA instruments—to meet client needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure rapid “time‑to‑trade”.
• Serve as primary point of contact for your book of business, driving retention and identifying upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Strategy teams on competitor activity and client demand.

Required profile

• High‑energy hunter with proven ability to navigate the full sales lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of crypto products, prediction markets, and tokenized real‑world assets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with institutional traders, brokers, and portfolio managers.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with senior leadership on growth strategies.
