Senior Manager - Soft FM Services

About the role

The Senior Manager of Soft Facility Management (FM) Services is responsible for delivering high‑quality soft FM services that enhance passenger experience, safety and operational excellence at the airport.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and long‑term plans for the Soft FM department.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, monitor KPIs and make data‑driven decisions.
• Lead, motivate and manage a diverse team of Soft FM professionals, conducting performance assessments and supporting development.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Establish strong relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts and monitor service level agreements.
• Set and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with airport departments to improve passenger experience and act on customer feedback.
• Develop contingency plans for emergencies and coordinate response across departments.
• Explore and implement technology solutions to improve service efficiency and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and report performance to senior management.
