Senior Mortgage Manager

About the role

As a Senior Mortgage Manager at Holo, you will oversee the end‑to‑end mortgage process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial performance in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads promptly and present a range of mortgage options tailored to client needs.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls generated from leads.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and real‑estate partners.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, processes and procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market rates, policies and loan processes.
• Gather, analyse and present documentation required for mortgage processing.
• Visit and nurture existing real‑estate partners on a weekly basis.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker.
• In‑depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes and regulatory requirements in the UAE/Middle East.
• Strong track record in the UAE mortgage market with proven results.

What we offer

• AED 15,000 monthly basic salary plus uncapped commission.
• Commission: 50% on Partner and USEHOLO business, 60% on self‑generated business.

• Annual uplift bonus on disbursals above AED 170M.
