Senior Off-Plan Property Consultant — Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Off‑Plan Property Consultant to own the end‑to‑end sales process for high‑net‑worth and everyday investors in Dubai. You will build a personal brand with the support of our Marketing and MCN teams while delivering professional advice and after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Off‑Plan sales cycle: qualify leads, match projects, present, negotiate, close and maintain post‑sale relationships.
• Convert company‑generated leads into a well‑managed pipeline and keep CRM records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Provide market insight, appear on camera and contribute to planned content with the Marketing and MCN teams.
• Stay current on Dubai developers, projects and payment plans.
• Maintain a professional personal brand on social media platforms.

Required profile

• Five+ years of Dubai real‑estate sales experience (three+ years may be considered with proven results).
• Proven ability to sell Off‑Plan property through the full sales cycle.
• Professional English for calls, presentations, negotiations and follow‑up.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Valid DLD/RERA Real Estate Broker Card or eligibility to obtain one under the company licence.
• Strong CRM habits, sound judgement and a professional approach to client trust and compliance.
• Ability to work from the office every working day and attend team meetings.
