About the role
Mashreq is hiring a Senior Personal Banking Advisor for its Ras Al Khaimah call centre, within the Client Experience and Conduct group. The position is open only to UAE nationals and involves handling inbound calls, answering customer questions and service requests, and making outbound calls when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and service requests, giving accurate information.
- Initiate outbound calls as required.
- Interact with customers by phone to understand their banking needs and provide excellent service to build loyalty.
- Solve problems over the telephone on the spot.
- Convert sales opportunities to meet financial targets.
- Clarify and explain procedures and products over the phone.
- Capture and report customer feedback to support product development.
Required profile
- University graduate, preferably with a finance, banking or maths background.
- Bilingual.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Very customer focused, computer literate, with excellent communication and strong listening skills.
