About the role

Reap is a global fintech company that combines traditional finance with stablecoins to enable seamless money movement for businesses. As the Senior Product Manager for Payments Business Solution, you will own the end‑to‑end product experience, shaping strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a high‑usage payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision for Payments, covering strategy, discovery, delivery, and operational follow‑through.
• Prioritise roadmap items based on customer impact, business value, and regulatory considerations.
• Translate complex payment flows, multi‑currency and cross‑border requirements into a simple, intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with the embedded finance team, compliance, engineering, and leadership to align on technical implementation and roadmap direction.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to continuously improve the payments experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading payment‑related products or services in a fintech or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, compliance, and operational constraints across multiple markets.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and communicate product rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with AI tools as part of the daily workflow.
