Senior Project Manager – Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will be based in Dubai and will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑disciplinary real‑estate projects for a leading real‑estate developer. Reporting to the head of Project Management, the role oversees planning, design, construction, occupancy and close‑out phases while ensuring client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for each project from inception to close‑out.
• Define project scope, resource plans, cost estimates, cash‑flow projections and work‑plan schedules in collaboration with clients.
• Interpret contracts, leases, work letters, charters, surveys and architectural drawings.
• Lead the selection of delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend appointments.
• Direct multi‑disciplinary project teams, maintain structured communication and ensure documentation governance.
• Track progress against goals, report variances and implement corrective actions.
• Manage change control, assess impacts and secure client approvals.
• Identify project risks, lead constructability reviews and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Architecture).
• Minimum five years of relevant project management experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary project teams in a senior capacity.
• PMP certification is mandatory; MRICS designation is preferred.
• Full professional fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
