Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Fancy Homes Real Estate is looking for a results‑driven Senior Property Consultant to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on both off‑plan and secondary market sales, generating new business, advising investors and closing transactions while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
• Sell off‑plan and secondary market properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and developers.
• Conduct property viewings, project presentations and provide investment advice.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful closings.
• Update client information and activities daily in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on market trends, new project launches and RERA regulations.
• Collaborate with management to achieve individual and company targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real‑estate experience with proven off‑plan and secondary market sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and target‑driven.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market; RERA certification is a plus.
• UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
