About the role

Luxury Properties Hub is expanding its sales team and seeks a Senior Property Consultant to drive high‑value transactions in Dubai’s luxury market. You will work with qualified leads, leverage exclusive developer projects, and benefit from in‑house branding and media support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and present property details with precision and professionalism.
• Stay informed on Dubai’s property laws and real‑estate regulations.
• Conduct accurate market valuations and host property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales progression.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and internal databases.

Required profile

• Prior experience in real‑estate sales.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Residency in the UAE and fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Presentable, driven, and passionate about client service.
