Senior Real Estate Specialist

About the role

The Senior Real Estate Specialist will lead the identification and validation of new real‑estate opportunities, supporting Azadea Group’s expansion strategy across the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of lease and site‑selection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and validate new real‑estate opportunities and prepare detailed presentation decks for stakeholder assessment.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, agents, and brokers.
• Manage the Shop Validation Report (SVR) process, collecting commercial data, projecting sales, and securing approvals.
• Create regular competitor‑analysis market maps by brand to identify gaps in the expansion plan.
• Maintain an accurate lease tenancy schedule covering stores, offices, warehouses, and legal commitments.
• Scout prime and anchor locations, conduct site visits, and update market maps.
• Develop, implement, and upgrade the real‑estate system to ensure unified business standards.
• Review and validate lease outputs against commercial agreements, budgets, and special conditions.
• Provide regional administrative support for commercial and legal leasing terms.
• Design performance metrics and reporting tools to track business objectives.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in real‑estate administration or a similar role.
