Senior Recruitment Specialist (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multiple functions on a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension to a year. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across various roles and functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and requirements.
• Source and attract high‑quality candidates using diverse channels.
• Maintain a professional and smooth candidate journey.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Support talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience conducting structured/competency‑based interviews.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.
