Senior Recruitment Specialist (6‑month contract)

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multiple functions on a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension to a year. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle across various roles and functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and requirements.
- Source and attract high‑quality candidates using diverse channels.
- Maintain a professional and smooth candidate journey.
- Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness.
- Support talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience conducting structured/competency‑based interviews.
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.
