Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure stock availability and maintain store presentation standards.
• Assist with CRM initiatives and customer follow‑ups.
• Coordinate after‑sales service requirements with relevant teams.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, watches, jewellery, hospitality or customer‑facing sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Well‑groomed, professional and confident personality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Good numerical and basic IT skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
