Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our Dubai team at Paul Newstone. In this senior, largely autonomous position you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client and candidate sourcing to successful placement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Source and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Negotiate terms with clients and oversee the offer and closing process.
• Contribute to the growth of the Dubai desk with autonomy to develop your own pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, or a consultative sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Confidence managing a full 360° recruitment desk independently.
• Based in, or able to work hybrid from, Dubai, UAE.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable with a base + commission compensation structure.
