Senior Sales Executive – Tyres

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive (Tyres) will drive business growth for Al Rostamani Group by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners across the designated area. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer network, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers.
• Visit prospective and existing customers at commercial, industrial or other establishments to present product samples, catalogs, pricing and advantages.
• Develop, present and respond to proposals, including RFPs and customised solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Work with customers to set shared goals and account plans focused on value creation.
• Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and product developments to guide buying decisions.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and secure orders.
• Open new customer accounts and fulfil all administrative requirements.
• Increase sales and profitability by expanding the dealer network and driving volume throughput.
• Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures.
• Communicate delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties and related information to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or tyre industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
