Senior Sales Manager – AECO Expansion

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead new‑business and expansion opportunities for Autodesk’s AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owners) organization across the Middle East. Reporting to regional leadership, the role focuses on strategic account growth, unlocking whitespace, and accelerating revenue within key multinational customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of account executives targeting strategic accounts and expansion opportunities across the Middle East.
• Drive growth through account expansion, cross‑sell, upsell and deep penetration into high‑value customers.
• Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets while maintaining a strong, high‑quality pipeline.
• Coach the team through complex enterprise sales cycles, including executive engagement, stakeholder alignment, negotiations and procurement processes.
• Define and execute the Middle East expansion strategy aligned with Autodesk’s global AECO priorities.
• Identify whitespace opportunities within strategic and multinational accounts and build targeted expansion plans.
• Own the accuracy and predictability of expansion forecasts and pipeline health across strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders across key customers and partners.

Required profile

• Strategic, commercially driven sales leader capable of navigating complexity and leading transformation.
• Proven track record in complex B2B SaaS sales, especially within expansion and strategic account management.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding of AECO solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to shape and execute growth strategies.
