About the role
This senior sales manager role is part of the Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning family, driving sales growth and optimizing market strategy for the Dubai General Office.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute strategies within the team and organization.
- Identify and lead development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
- Collaborate effectively within the immediate team to maximize impact and learning.
- Act as an individual contributor with limited supervision to achieve tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or market strategy planning.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication skills.
