Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support, develop, customize, and enhance a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem for our real‑estate business. The role works closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to build scalable solutions and integrate Salesforce with internal and external platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and maintain Salesforce Flows, approval processes, validation rules, and other automation.
• Manage lead and opportunity processes, including routing, assignment, conversion, and lifecycle management.
• Build and support custom real‑estate modules such as property inventory, bookings, payment plans, contracts, and valuation.
• Integrate Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs, property portals, websites, Meta/Facebook leads, telephony, WhatsApp, and marketing platforms.
• Administer security, user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, and data integrity.
• Create reports, dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Perform data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and support deployments across environments.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and customization, preferably with Sales Cloud.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
