Senior Technician – Digital Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Technician – Digital Delivery to join our Dubai team. You will manage and optimise our digital delivery infrastructure, ensuring high availability and supporting enterprise‑wide digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and optimise digital delivery platforms to minimise downtime.
• Analyse technical incidents and apply systematic troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Coordinate deployments, updates and migrations, documenting all changes.
• Conduct quality‑assurance testing before production releases.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and operations teams for seamless system integration.
• Configure and manage digital delivery tools in line with organisational standards.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and end‑users.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital delivery, systems administration or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
