Senior Visa Services Consultant / PRO

About the role

dnata Travel is seeking a Senior Visa Services Consultant/PRO to manage end‑to‑end visa processing for business and leisure travelers. The role combines accurate documentation, customer service excellence, and the training of new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Process visa applications, amendments, cancellations and extensions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and immigration regulations.
• Provide responsive support to clients and internal teams, meeting service level agreements and resolving queries promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date visa records, archive documents according to audit requirements, and generate operational performance reports.
• Coordinate with immigration officials and internal stakeholders on urgent or pending cases, escalating issues when necessary.
• Train new employees, share best practices, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, customer service or related administrative functions.
• Diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
