About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Senior Waiter to join our upscale hospitality team in Dubai. In this leadership‑oriented position you will manage your own section, deliver refined service, and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned section with professionalism, ensuring a personalized guest experience.
• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service across all food and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and support teams to maintain smooth service flow.
• Mentor and support junior team members, modeling best practices.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service execution.
• Accurately take and process guest orders, handling special requests with empathy.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Utilize POS systems efficiently for order processing and billing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of progressive waiter experience in upscale dining or hospitality.
• Proven expertise in section management and guest service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, dining etiquette, and service protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and support junior staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using restaurant management software.
