Service Advisor – Automotive Aftersales

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our Automotive Aftersales team in the UAE. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional, transparent, and seamless service experience from vehicle reception to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly, capture service and repair requirements, and prepare accurate job cards.
• Explain required work, provide cost estimates, and confirm expected delivery timelines.
• Coordinate closely with workshop, parts, and service teams to monitor repair progress and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service journey, including progress updates, additional repair needs, approvals, and any delays.
• Explain completed work, invoices, and service recommendations clearly at vehicle hand‑over.
• Promote value‑added services and support individual service and revenue targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of overall automotive dealership experience.
• At least 3 years in a Service Advisor or similar customer‑facing aftersales role.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Ability to prepare accurate job cards, cost estimates, and service documentation.
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with workshop, parts, and service teams.
