Service Advisor – Automotive

About the role

The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering a professional and seamless customer journey, driving retention and profitability for the automotive service centre.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer retention by implementing Al-Futtaim standards and service values, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Increase profitability through sales and upselling of incremental packages for automotive products and services, applying 5S for operational efficiency.
• Comply with health and safety requirements, engage in continuous learning of new technologies, procedures and technical skills.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• 3–6 years experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor in a reputable workshop.
• Knowledge of body parts and general mechanical components related to Body & Paint repair.
• Proven track record in customer service and sales within an automotive service environment.

Required skills

• Strong customer service skills and ability to execute service values.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive body parts and repair processes.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and implement operational best practices.
