About the role
The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for repair and maintenance. You will ensure that every interaction is professional, accurate, and focused on building long‑term loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Record customer requests and vehicle details precisely in the service system.
- Organise and coordinate quality repair and maintenance work to meet service standards.
- Provide clear, professional advice on current and future maintenance needs to help customers protect their investment.
- Enhance customer retention by delivering a seamless after‑sales experience that encourages repeat business.
