Service Contract Controller – Automotive (Dubai)

About the role

The Service Contract Controller ensures the profitability of service contracts for the Bus Division of FAMCO. You will analyse data, generate reports and liaise with customers, workshop staff and senior management to maintain high satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse service contract data from the ERP system and other sources, producing timely reports.
• Alert workshop managers and senior leadership to exceptions that could affect contract profitability.
• Present contract performance reports to senior management and principals within agreed timelines.
• Maintain contact with service‑contract customers for technical and commercial issues, ensuring positive feedback.
• Coordinate with workshop and sales teams to meet contract objectives and monitor profitability, providing insights for improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive engineering or a related bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing service contracts in an automotive dealership.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
